  3. Collaborate with other team members to deliver prompt and efficient solutions for client inquiries and requests.
  4. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and interactions with clients.
  5. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the financial industry and continuously expand knowledge of products and services offered by Barclays.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.

  8. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
  11. Act as an ambassador for Barclays by promoting its values and providing a positive image of the company to clients.
