  1. Develop and implement a strategic vision for our payment products, taking into account market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
  2. Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch management, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and execute product strategies.
  4. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the payments industry.
  5. Develop and manage product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
  6. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for payment products, and use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for payment products.
  8. Monitor industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure our payment products are in line with standards and guidelines.
  9. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  10. Mentor and develop a team of product specialists, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth and performance.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, staying up-to-date with market developments and networking with potential partners.
  12. Continuously monitor and report on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and strategy.
  13. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement pricing strategies for payment products, maximizing revenue and profitability.
  14. Ensure exceptional customer experience by regularly collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and driving improvements based on insights.
  15. Stay informed about emerging payment technologies and trends, and proactively identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate our payment products.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management Within The Payments Industry, Preferably At A Large Financial Institution.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Payment Products In The Global Market.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Payments Ecosystem, Including Emerging Trends, Regulations, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Other Relevant Advanced Degree Preferred.
