  1. Monitor and regulate cross-border activities to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  2. Stay up-to-date with global market trends and developments, and utilize this knowledge to inform risk management strategies.
  3. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential areas for improvement in cross-border transactions.
  4. Collaborate with various teams and departments within the organization to effectively manage and mitigate risks.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures for cross-border transactions to ensure they are in line with regulatory requirements.
  6. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  7. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns related to cross-border transactions.
  8. Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of cross-border activities to regulatory bodies.
  10. Continuously assess and improve risk management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Train and educate team members on regulatory requirements and best practices for cross-border transactions.
  12. Keep accurate records and documentation of all cross-border activities and risk management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Cross-Border Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Cross-Border Regulations And Compliance Requirements In Various Markets, Including But Not Limited To The Eu, Us, Apac, And Emerging Markets.

  • Experience In Risk Management: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Managing Cross-Border Risks, Including Identifying, Assessing, And Mitigating Potential Risks To The Bank's Operations And Reputation.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Interpret Complex Regulatory Requirements And Identify Potential Issues And Gaps In The Bank's Cross-Border Controls.

  • Communication And Stakeholder Management: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders, Including Regulators, Internal Teams, And External Partners, To Ensure Compliance With Cross-Border Regulations.

  • Compliance And Regulatory Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Background In Compliance And Regulatory Affairs, Preferably In The Financial Sector, With A Deep Understanding Of The Regulatory Landscape And Best Practices For Managing Cross-Border Controls.
