1. Oversee the National Account Portfolio Analysis (NAPA) process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.
2. Lead the product review function for the organization, including evaluating current product offerings, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending changes to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
3. Utilize data analysis to identify trends and insights in the NAPA process and product performance, and use this information to drive strategic decision-making.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to implement changes and improvements based on NAPA and product review findings.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to continuously improve the NAPA process and product offerings.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including national account managers and product managers, to ensure alignment on NAPA and product review goals and strategies.
7. Train and mentor team members on NAPA and product review processes, tools, and techniques to ensure high-quality and efficient execution.
8. Regularly communicate NAPA and product review insights and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
9. Monitor and report on the performance of NAPA and product review initiatives, including key metrics and KPIs, and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
10. Uphold and promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the NAPA and product review function.
