  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to promote customer loyalty and retention.
  5. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new merchants and grow the merchant portfolio.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the payment processing landscape.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for merchants.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  9. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all interactions with merchants.
