  5. Monitor and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.

  7. Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory changes related to liquidity products, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

  10. Represent Barclays at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a subject matter expert on liquidity products.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to liquidity product management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach to other team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  13. Communicate product updates, changes, and performance to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  14. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the financial industry and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our liquidity product offerings.
