  1. Develop and implement liquidity management strategies to optimize liquidity across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure effective communication and alignment of liquidity management goals and objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze liquidity positions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Implement and maintain processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  5. Conduct regular stress tests and scenario analyses to assess the impact of potential liquidity shocks on the organization.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on liquidity management, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in liquidity management, and make recommendations for improvements or changes to current processes.
  8. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, summarizing liquidity positions and performance.
  9. Lead and/or participate in projects related to liquidity management, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
  11. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the liquidity management function.
  12. Adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies, and ensure all actions are in line with the organization's risk appetite.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as Treasury and Risk Management, to ensure a coordinated approach to liquidity management.
  14. Represent the organization in external meetings and events related to liquidity management, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the organization's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Liquidity Risks.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Liquidity Risk Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Liquidity Management Within A Financial Institution.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Liquidity Positions.
