  1. Maintain and monitor the technology infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime for clients.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks to keep the infrastructure up-to-date and secure.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement improvements to the technology infrastructure.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to make informed decisions about infrastructure upgrades and enhancements.
  6. Conduct routine audits and tests to ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.
  9. Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
  10. Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement new technologies.
  11. Analyze system performance and make recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency within the infrastructure team.
  15. Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and provide timely resolution.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Successful Infrastructure Technician At Barclays Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure, Server Administration, And Cloud Computing Technologies.
