- Ensure stability and resilience: The AVP will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and resilience of the organization by identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor regulatory requirements: The AVP will be responsible for staying updated on regulatory requirements related to ICAAP and CCR stress testing and ensuring that the organization remains compliant.
- Analyze data and report findings: The AVP will analyze stress test results, identify any areas of concern, and prepare detailed reports to be presented to senior management and regulators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The AVP will work closely with other teams within the organization, such as risk management, finance, and internal audit, to gather data and insights for stress testing.
- Develop and maintain stress testing models: The AVP will be responsible for developing and maintaining stress testing models and methodologies, ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Strong Understanding Of Financial Risk Management: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Financial Risks, Such As Credit Risk, Market Risk, And Operational Risk, And Their Impact On The Overall Financial Health Of The Organization.
Experience In Icaap And Ccr Stress Testing: The Candidate Should Have Relevant Experience In Conducting Stress Tests For The Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (Icaap) And Counterparty Credit Risk (Ccr). This Includes Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Best Practices.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Appropriate Stress Test Scenarios. They Should Also Be Able To Think Critically And Come Up With Effective Solutions To Mitigate Risk.
Regulatory Knowledge: A Good Understanding Of Regulatory Frameworks, Such As Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank, And Ccar, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Up-To-Date With Any Changes Or Updates In The Regulations Related To Stress Testing.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: As An Avp, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Risk Managers, And Regulators. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Effectively Present Stress Test Results And Recommendations To These Stakeholders.
