  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Gather And Interpret Data, And Provide Insights And Recommendations To Support Hr Decision Making.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Practices: A Basic Understanding Of Human Resources Practices, Policies, And Regulations Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Other Hr Functions.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, And Word To Analyze And Present Data Effectively. Knowledge Of Hr Information Systems (Hris) Is Also Desirable.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Build Relationships.
