  1. Develop and implement data and records management standards and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of all data and records within the organization.
  3. Monitor and assess data and records management processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any data and records management gaps or issues.
  5. Lead the development and delivery of training programs to educate employees on data and records management standards and procedures.
