Global Surveillance and Transaction Monitoring

At Barclays, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our Global Surveillance and Transaction Monitoring team. Reporting to the Global Surveillance and Transaction Monitoring Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Barclays meets all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, as well as other applicable laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, we require an individual who has a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a banking or financial services environment. You must have a thorough understanding of all applicable regulations, including AML and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations. You must also be knowledgeable in the use of Transaction Monitoring systems and be able to demonstrate significant experience in this area.You will need to be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, and have the ability to explain complex matters in an easy-to-understand manner. Additionally, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw logical conclusions.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, is highly motivated and has a strong sense of personal responsibility.
