  1. Develop and implement strategies to transform financial crime processes within the organization, in line with industry regulations and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements to mitigate financial crime risks.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial crime regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary updates to processes and procedures.
  4. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to effectively manage the transformation process.
  5. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for the transformation project.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on financial crime regulations and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress of the transformation project, identifying any potential risks or roadblocks and proactively implementing solutions.
  8. Conduct training and education sessions for employees on financial crime regulations and new processes to ensure understanding and compliance.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in the transformation project.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the organization's ability to identify and prevent financial crime.
  11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and data related to financial crime.
  12. Represent Barclays in industry events and forums to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in financial crime prevention.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and change within the organization, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  14. Act as an ambassador for Barclays, promoting the organization's commitment to driving innovation and change in the financial industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Financial Crime Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.
