
EU Product Manager, Financial Institutions Group (FIG)

- Develop and execute product strategies and initiatives for Financial Institutions Group clients across Europe
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and challenges within the FIG market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed product decisions
- Work closely with sales and relationship management teams to understand client needs and develop customized product solutions
- Develop pricing strategies and ensure product profitability
- Create and maintain product documentation, including product guides, training materials, and sales collateral
- Train and educate internal teams on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement product launch plans and campaigns
- Monitor product performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements and ensure product compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development and delivery.
Strong Knowledge Of European Union Financial Regulations: As A Product Manager For Fig At Barclays, A Thorough Understanding Of The Eu Financial Regulatory Landscape Is Essential. This Includes Knowledge Of Laws And Regulations Such As Mifid Ii, Psd2, And Gdpr.
Experience In Product Management Within Financial Institutions: A Successful Applicant For This Role Should Have A Strong Track Record In Product Management Within The Financial Sector, Specifically Within Fig. This Includes Experience In Developing And Launching Products, As Well As Ongoing Management And Optimization.
