  1. Develop and drive the growth of the Escrow and Captive Insurance business at Barclays.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the insurance industry.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans for business development and growth.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on Escrow and Captive Insurance products and services.
  7. Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  8. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships and business outcomes.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform business strategy and decision-making.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success and impact of business development efforts.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and promotional materials for the Escrow and Captive Insurance business.
  12. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the Barclays brand and services.
