In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative models and strategies to support our equity trading and investment activities.   1. Develop and implement quantitative models and strategies to support equity trading and investment activities.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, data, and performance to identify opportunities and risks for the equity market.
  3. Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders to provide quantitative insights and support decision making.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in equity markets to inform the development of quantitative models and strategies.
  5. Create and maintain documentation for all quantitative models and strategies, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing models and strategies, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
  7. Lead and mentor junior quantitative analysts, providing guidance and support for their development.
  8. Communicate complex quantitative concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Coordinate with other teams and departments within the organization to ensure the effective integration of quantitative models and strategies.
  10. Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements related to quantitative analysis and reporting.
  11. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in quantitative analysis and equity markets.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quantitative analysis within the organization.
  13. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data privacy policies to protect sensitive information.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to support quantitative analysis efforts.
  15. Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in equity quantitative analysis in both internal and external meetings and presentations.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quantitative Analysis, Preferably In The Equity Market.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Modeling And Statistical Analysis Techniques.

  • Experience With Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And/Or C++.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Trading Strategies.
