  1. Develop and implement an engaging and attractive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy for the Global Markets Pre Trade division at Barclays.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including human resources, marketing, and talent acquisition teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of current and potential employees to inform the EVP strategy.
  4. Create compelling and relevant messaging and branding to showcase the benefits and opportunities of working for Barclays Global Markets.
  5. Lead initiatives and campaigns to attract and retain top talent for the Pre Trade division, utilizing various channels such as social media, job fairs, and employee referral programs.
  6. Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support the EVP strategy.
  7. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the EVP strategy and make necessary adjustments to ensure its success.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on EVP and provide guidance and support to managers and HR professionals.
  9. Collaborate with the wider Global Markets team to identify and address any gaps or challenges in the employee experience.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the EVP for the Pre Trade division.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Financial Markets: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Global Markets, Including But Not Limited To Equities, Fixed Income, And Currencies. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Analyze Market Trends And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Of A Global Markets Pre Trade Employee At Barclays Requires The Ability To Analyze Large Amounts Of Data And Identify Potential Risks And Opportunities. The Candidate Must Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Succeed In This Role.

  • Experience In Risk Management: Barclays Places A High Emphasis On Risk Management, And The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record In Effectively Managing Risk In A Fast-Paced Global Markets Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Global Markets Pre Trade Employee, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Various Teams And Stakeholders Across Different Geographies.
