Employee Relations Specialist

You will be providing expert advice and counsel to D&A, HR Business Partners/Business Managers for assigned client group on Barclays employment practices and procedures. Having knowledge of employment related laws and regulations and Barclays employment policies, independently and escalating as appropriate. You will be overseeing Reductions in Force (RIF) and Restructuring Programs; advising on the Workforce Change Programs (including Reductions in Force, Location Strategy, and Outsourcing exercises). You will be conducting workplace investigations for assigned client group including but not limited to bullying and harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, unfair treatment and disciplinary dismissal. You will be participating in developing, interpreting and enforcing firm policy for the Americas in coordination with the global group-wide approach.
