Director of Acquisition Credit Analytics

Barclays is seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Director of Acquisition Credit Analytics to join our team in London. This individual is a critical member of our credit risk analytics team and will be responsible for developing and managing the credit risk strategies for our acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the credit risk and analytics fields, with a deep understanding of the retail banking and credit card industry. This individual will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, who is both highly organized and a great problem solver. Qualifications for this position include: a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; at least five years of experience in credit risk and analytics; a demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders; and the ability to effectively manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, and Excel is also required.
