Director, Insurance Coverage

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Insurance Coverage to join Barclays’ growing team. This individual will have an integral role in assessing, negotiating, and managing insurance coverage for the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of insurance, claims, and risk management principles, as well as the ability to develop and implement insurance strategies. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement insurance strategies to ensure adequate coverage for Barclays
• Assess and negotiate insurance coverage to ensure the best possible coverage at the most competitive rates
• Manage and monitor existing insurance policies and claims to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations
• Analyze risk and provide advice on risk management strategies
• Research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for coverage
• Prepare periodic reports on insurance coverage and claims to senior management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and other external partners
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times
