Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Or Business Analytics.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Decision Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets Using Statistical Techniques.
Knowledge Of Decision Modeling And Optimization Techniques Such As Regression Analysis, Decision Trees, And Simulation.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Analytical Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
