- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the privacy and security of our clients' data.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of data privacy operations, including risk assessments, incident response, and data breach management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential privacy risks and vulnerabilities in data handling processes and systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure all data privacy protocols are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all data privacy inquiries and concerns from clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of changes in data privacy laws and regulations, and proactively update policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data privacy best practices and promote a culture of data protection.
- Lead the response and resolution of any data privacy incidents, including coordinating with legal and regulatory authorities as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure data privacy requirements are met.
