Job Description

At Barclays, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Fraud. As a Fraud Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of defense for our customers, protecting them from fraudulent activity by providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.We’re looking for someone with a passion for customers, a drive to provide the best possible service, and a commitment to protecting our customers from fraud. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. We also require a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, and experience in fraud prevention or banking services.If you have the qualifications and enthusiasm to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Fraud, we’d love to hear from you.
