Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative - Fraud to join our Barclays team! The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering high quality customer experiences. As part of our fraud prevention team, you will be responsible for preventing financial losses, maintaining customer accounts and resolving customer complaints.We require at least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a fraud prevention environment. You must also have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
