  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Customer Screening department in line with Barclays' policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and accurate screening of customers and transactions.
  3. Train and mentor team members on customer screening processes and procedures.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to customer screening.
  5. Conduct periodic reviews to identify potential risks and take appropriate measures to mitigate them.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to review and improve existing customer screening processes.
  7. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality work.
  8. Handle escalated cases and make decisions on complex customer screening issues.

  11. Communicate effectively with senior management on departmental performance and any potential risks.
  12. Handle any issues or complaints from customers regarding the screening process.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions when necessary.
  14. Ensure that all customer screening activities are completed within established timelines.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement training programs for new employees.
  16. Maintain accurate records and produce reports on customer screening activities for management review.
  17. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Customer Service: A Successful Customer Screening Team Manager At Barclays Should Have A Strong Background In Customer Service, Preferably In A Financial Institution. This Experience Will Help Them Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Customer Service Representatives.

  • Knowledge Of Banking Regulations: As A Manager In A Financial Institution, The Individual Should Have A Good Understanding Of Banking Regulations And Compliance Requirements. This Will Ensure That The Team Operates Within The Legal Boundaries And Avoids Any Potential Risks.
