Job Description

Are you an experienced CRM Technical Business Analyst with a passion for Salesforce? Barclays is looking for a talented individual to join our growing Salesforce team. You’ll be a part of the team that develops innovative CRM solutions to ensure our customers are provided with the best digital experience possible.As the CRM Technical Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for identifying and analysing the business needs of our global customers, and for developing and implementing technical solutions. You will collaborate with our Salesforce developers and other technical professionals to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in a CRM technical business analyst role. You should also have a thorough understanding of Salesforce, as well as experience with Apex and Visualforce development. Previous experience in the financial services sector is also highly desirable.We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, capable of communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You should be a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
