  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy for the corporate data platform, in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer data, feedback, and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  3. Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure that the corporate data platform is equipped with the necessary tools and capabilities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Monitor and track key performance metrics related to customer experience, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of data and customer experience specialists to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to effectively deliver on customer experience goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and customer needs to continuously improve and innovate the corporate data platform.
  7. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues related to customer data and privacy, in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  9. Drive a culture of customer-centricity within the organization, advocating for the importance of customer experience and its impact on business success.
  10. Represent Barclays at industry events and conferences, showcasing our customer experience strategy and successes.

  • Strong Background In Customer Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Customer Experience Initiatives In A Corporate Setting. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Customer Needs And Behaviors, And Be Able To Use Data And Insights To Improve The Overall Customer Experience.

  • Data Analytics Expertise: As A Corporate Data Platform - Customer Experience Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leveraging Data To Drive Customer Insights And Identify Opportunities For Improvement. They Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And Be Proficient In Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Excel.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Complex Projects. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, As Well As A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Multiple Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Knowledge Of Data Management And Governance: A Strong Understanding Of Data Management And Governance Principles Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience With Data Governance Frameworks And Be Able To Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.

  • Financial Services Industry Experience: While Not Mandatory, Prior Experience In The Financial Services Industry Would Be Beneficial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape And Customer Expectations In The Industry, As Well As Any Regulatory Constraints That May Impact The Customer Experience.
