Job Description

Barclays is looking for a highly-motivated and organized Corporate Access Specialist to join our team. As part of the Corporate Access team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the department and managing corporate access events. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the Corporate Access team.
  2. Manage corporate access events.
  3. Maintain a high level of communication with team members and other stakeholders.
  4. Ensure all corporate access events are organized and run smoothly.
  5. Track and update data related to corporate access events.
  6. Troubleshoot any issues or questions related to corporate access events.
  7. Create and maintain presentations related to corporate access events.
  8. Monitor and manage the budget for corporate access events.
  9. Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
  10. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
