  1. Develop and implement controls and risk management strategies to safeguard our business and clients from cyber threats.
  2. Stay updated on the latest developments in the technology landscape and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our controls.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our systems and processes.
  4. Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous protection against cyber threats.
  6. Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity and ensure our controls are in line with them.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and risk management.
  9. Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Identify and report any cybersecurity incidents or breaches and take appropriate action to address them.
  11. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees to promote a strong cybersecurity culture.
  12. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to our controls and risk management strategies.
  13. Participate in industry events and forums to stay updated on emerging threats and best practices in cybersecurity.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve our controls and processes to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices and meet the evolving needs of our business.
  15. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance our cybersecurity capabilities.
