  • Develop and implement a continuous listening strategy to gather feedback from employees at all levels of the organization
  • Analyze and interpret employee feedback to identify key areas for improvement and create action plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive positive change and improve employee engagement
  • Utilize data and insights to develop and implement innovative approaches to increase employee engagement and drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employee engagement and change management, providing guidance and support to leaders and teams
  • Plan and execute communication strategies to effectively share employee feedback and progress on action plans with the organization
  • Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to employee engagement and continuous listening, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for continuous listening initiatives
  • Monitor and track progress and outcomes of continuous listening initiatives, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Actively participate in and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to employee engagement and continuous listening

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Continuous Listening Lead, You Will Be Responsible For Managing And Building Relationships With Various Stakeholders Within And Outside Of The Organization. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Effectively Gathering And Interpreting Feedback From Different Sources.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Involves Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, So Strong Project Management Skills Are Essential. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Continuous Listening Tools And Technologies: Barclays Uses Various Tools And Technologies For Continuous Listening And Feedback Management. Familiarity With Tools Such As Qualtrics, Culture Amp, And Glint Is Preferred For This Role. Additionally, Experience With Data Visualization And Reporting Tools Like Tableau Or Power Bi Is A Plus.
