  3. Collaborate with various internal teams to gather information and insights to create compelling and impactful content.
  4. Create and manage a content calendar that maps out the distribution of content across various channels and platforms.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content strategies.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all content.
  9. Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  10. Communicate content strategy plans and results to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Continuously evaluate and refine content strategies to ensure they are meeting the needs of our clients and driving engagement.
  12. Contribute to the development of new and innovative content ideas and formats.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Barclays, ensuring all content is aligned with the company's values and brand voice.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to content.
  15. Actively seek out opportunities to improve processes and streamline content creation and distribution.
  16. Mentor and train junior team members on content strategy best practices and industry trends.
  17. Represent Barclays at industry events and conferences to stay connected with industry leaders and share knowledge and insights.
