  1. Conduct data analysis to identify potential compliance risks and issues within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven compliance strategies and processes to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulations.
  3. Collaborate with various teams within the organization to collect and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for compliance improvements.
  4. Monitor internal and external data sources to identify any changes in regulations and ensure compliance accordingly.
  5. Utilize data visualization tools to present complex compliance data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to compliance and data analytics.
  7. Work closely with the compliance team to develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, incorporating data and analytics where applicable.
  8. Participate in audits and investigations related to compliance and risk management, providing data and analysis to support findings and recommendations.
  9. Train and educate employees on compliance processes and procedures, emphasizing the importance of data integrity and accuracy.
  10. Act as a liaison between the compliance department and other departments within the organization to ensure data is collected and shared accurately and efficiently.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compliance data analysis.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on compliance data, trends, and potential risks.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of compliance data and analysis for auditing purposes.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, while performing job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Analytics, Computer Science, Or Information Technology.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements And Frameworks, Such As Gdpr And Aml.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Programming Languages, Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
