The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly identify and analyze trends in data. This position requires a deep understanding of collection strategies and an ability to develop, implement and monitor strategies to maximize collections performance.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in a related role. Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams.
