  1. Lead and manage the technical aspects of CMOD implementation and maintenance for Barclays.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions using CMOD.
  3. Develop and maintain CMOD architecture and design documents.
  4. Ensure that CMOD applications and systems are properly integrated with other systems and platforms.
  5. Conduct regular evaluations and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality of CMOD systems.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CMOD and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of CMOD developers, providing guidance and support to drive their technical growth.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams to provide updates on CMOD progress and potential roadblocks.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to CMOD in a timely manner.
  10. Develop and maintain technical documentation for CMOD processes, procedures, and configurations.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to manage and maintain CMOD systems and applications.
  12. Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards for CMOD systems.
  13. Participate in project planning and implementation, providing technical expertise and recommendations to drive success.
  14. Continuously monitor and improve CMOD systems and processes to optimize efficiency and performance.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Ibm Cmod (Content Manager Ondemand) Implementation And Support: The Ideal Candidate For A Cmod Technical Lead Position At Barclays Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Ibm Cmod Platform And Its Various Components. They Should Have Prior Experience In Successfully Implementing And Supporting Cmod Solutions In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Mainframe Technologies: As Cmod Is Primarily A Mainframe-Based Solution, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Mainframe Technologies Such As Cobol, Jcl, Db2, And Cics. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Mainframe Systems.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Cmod Technical Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing The End-To-End Delivery Of Cmod Solutions. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Prioritize Tasks, Manage Stakeholders, And Meet Project Timelines.

  • Team Management Experience: The Cmod Technical Lead Will Be Leading A Team Of Developers, Analysts, And Administrators. Hence, They Should Have Prior Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team, Assigning Tasks, And Providing Technical Guidance And Support.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Cmod Technical Lead Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, Developers, And Infrastructure Teams.
