  1. Develop and implement control frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and assess potential risks and develop appropriate controls.
  3. Monitor and analyze key risk indicators to proactively identify and address potential risks.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments and make recommendations for improvements to existing controls.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in risk management and compliance.
  6. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and buy-in for control initiatives.
  7. Lead and manage complex projects related to risk management and control implementation.
  8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of controls and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs for employees on risk management and control procedures.
  10. Act as a liaison between the Chief Controls Office and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of control efforts.
  11. Analyze and report on control-related data and metrics to senior management.
  12. Identify and escalate any potential control deficiencies to senior management and provide recommendations for remediation.
  13. Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance within the organization.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  15. Stay informed on emerging risks and assist in developing strategies to mitigate them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, With A Focus On Risk Management And Control Functions.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Related To Risk And Control Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Across The Organization.
