  1. Develop and execute sales strategies for cash management products to drive revenue growth and expand client base.
  2. Identify and target potential clients in the financial industry and build strong relationships with them.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
  5. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
  6. Effectively present and demonstrate cash management products to potential clients.
  7. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Represent Barclays at industry events and conferences to network and promote our cash management products.
  11. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  12. Mentor and train junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
  13. Stay abreast of changes and developments in the financial industry and incorporate them into sales strategies.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in company CRM system.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
