- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth for the Structured Credit division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, including setting performance goals and providing regular feedback.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Structured Credit Or Related Financial Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Deep Understanding Of Credit Risk Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments And Stakeholders.
