Business Insights & Analytics - AVP

We're looking for an experienced and driven individual to join Barclays as AVP of Business Insights & Analytics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly organized, analytical and has a passion for data-driven decision making. In this role, you will be responsible for driving insights and analytics to identify trends, opportunities and risks across the business.You must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analytics role. Experience in financial services and/or management consulting is a plus. You must also possess strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
