AVP - TTRO Transformation

- Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy for the TTRO division in alignment with Barclays' overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of transformation and change management professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize key areas for transformation within the TTRO division, taking into consideration market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with other business functions.
- Monitor and measure the progress and effectiveness of transformation initiatives, making necessary adjustments and recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
- Communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build buy-in and support for transformation efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the transformation strategy to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to successful transformation, proactively developing contingency plans to minimize disruption.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the TTRO division, encouraging a growth mindset and embracing new ways of working.
- Act as a change agent and champion for transformation, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and collaboration.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Technology, Operations, And Risk Management Principles.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Transformation Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Drive Change.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field. Professional Certifications Such As Pmp Or Six Sigma Are A Plus.
