  1. Conduct regulatory reporting analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness: Ensure that all regulatory reports are completed accurately and submitted within designated timelines.
  3. Monitor regulatory changes: Keep up-to-date with any changes in regulatory requirements and make necessary updates to reporting processes.
  4. Collaborate with team: Work closely with the team to ensure all regulatory reporting tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  5. Identify and report discrepancies: Identify discrepancies and errors in regulatory reports and take necessary actions to resolve them.
  6. Maintain documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all regulatory reporting processes and procedures.
  7. Communicate with stakeholders: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  8. Provide insights: Use analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations on improving regulatory reporting processes.
  9. Ensure data integrity: Ensure the integrity of all data used in regulatory reporting, including performing data validations and reconciliations.
  10. Stay compliant: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory guidelines and policies.
  11. Identify opportunities for improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve and streamline regulatory reporting processes.
  12. Train team members: Train and mentor team members on regulatory reporting requirements and processes.
  13. Maintain confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information related to regulatory reporting.
  14. Handle ad-hoc requests: Handle any ad-hoc requests related to regulatory reporting as needed.
  15. Uphold company values: Uphold the company's values and standards of ethics while carrying out all job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Regulatory Reporting, Preferably In The Banking Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Regulations And Reporting Requirements, Such As Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank Act, And Ccar.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Datasets.

  • Proficiency In Financial Reporting Software And Microsoft Excel, As Well As Experience With Regulatory Reporting Systems Such As Axiomsl Or Wolters Kluwer.
