
AVP HR Operations
At Barclays, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated AVP HR Operations to join our Human Resources team and help us successfully meet our strategic objectives. This position requires an individual who is passionate about HR Operations and has a track record of success in improving HR processes and systems.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of HR professional experience, preferably in a large and matrixed organization. This individual should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as a thorough understanding of HR operational processes and procedures. A working knowledge of relevant software such as Workday and Excel is also preferred.The successful candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This person should also have a strong customer service orientation and be able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. Most importantly, an AVP HR Operations at Barclays must have a passion for their work and be committed to delivering the highest level of service possible.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient HR processes and systems to support the overall business strategy of Barclays.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and recommend improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR standards.
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees, as well as provide ongoing training and development for existing staff.
- Resolve complex HR issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to personnel activities.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment between HR and business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and other stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects, such as reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with organizational goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field
