Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented AVP Compliance Business Analyst to join Barclays' Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping develop and implement effective compliance policies and programs. You will also review and analyze business operations and identify potential compliance risks.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a compliance role. You should be well-versed in applicable laws and regulations and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.If you are passionate about compliance and have the required qualifications, we would love to hear from you!
