Automation Test Engineer AVP

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer AVP to join the Barclays team. This individual should have a passion for technology and a drive to get things done. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the project team and will work closely with other team members, technology stakeholders and business stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.The Automation Test Engineer AVP should have a strong background in software development and automation testing with the ability to solve complex problems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing requirements. This individual should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in software development and automation testing. Knowledge of automated test frameworks, scripting languages, and version control systems is preferred. The successful candidate should also have experience working with Agile methodologies and have a strong attention to detail.
