  1. Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and tactics to safeguard the bank and its customers from fraudulent activities.
  2. Analyze data and trends to identify potential fraud risks and recommend proactive measures to mitigate them.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current fraud detection systems and processes, and make necessary enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, security, and technology, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to fraud prevention.
  5. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging fraud trends to continuously enhance the bank's fraud prevention capabilities.
  6. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees to educate them on fraud prevention measures and procedures.
  7. Investigate and resolve suspected fraudulent activities, working closely with law enforcement agencies as needed.
  8. Prepare and present reports on fraud trends, activities, and mitigation efforts to senior management.
  9. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements related to fraud prevention.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to enhance their fraud prevention skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fraud Detection And Prevention, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data Sets And Identify Patterns And Trends.

  • Knowledge Of Fraud Detection Tools And Techniques, As Well As Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.
