Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial and strategic data to identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate potential M&A opportunities.
3. Prepare financial models and analysis to support M&A transactions.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
5. Participate in due diligence processes and negotiations.
6. Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Monitor industry/market developments and trends.
8. Provide guidance and support to other team members.
9. Work with the transaction execution team to ensure successful transaction completion and closure.
