  1. Conduct internal audits: Perform thorough and objective internal audits of the US Consumer Bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  2. Develop audit plans: Create audit plans that align with the company's overall strategy and objectives, and present them to senior leaders for approval.
  3. Identify risks and recommend solutions: Analyze data and processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with senior leaders: Work closely with senior leaders to understand business objectives and priorities, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  5. Communicate audit findings: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to senior leaders, providing clear and concise explanations and recommendations.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments: Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging risks and incorporate them into audit plans and processes.
  7. Train and mentor team members: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, and assist in their professional development through training and mentorship.
  8. Drive process improvements: Continuously evaluate and improve audit processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and contribute to the development of best practices.
  9. Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and requirements, in all audit activities.
  10. Foster a culture of excellence: Promote a culture of excellence and integrity within the internal audit team and the wider organization, leading by example and upholding the company's core values.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit Or Related Field, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field; Advanced Degree Or Professional Certification (E.g. Cpa, Cia) Preferred.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Us Consumer Banking Products, Processes, And Related Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Audit Teams, Including The Ability To Coach, Develop, And Motivate Staff.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Audit Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management And Stakeholders.
