  1. Analyze data and identify patterns and anomalies to detect potential fraudulent activities.
  2. Investigate suspicious transactions and behaviors to mitigate potential risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share findings and develop strategies to prevent fraud.
  4. Develop and implement fraud detection models and tools.
  5. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members to improve their fraud detection skills.
  9. Conduct regular audits to identify any weaknesses or vulnerabilities in the fraud detection process.
  10. Work closely with other departments such as risk management and customer service to ensure a holistic approach to fraud prevention.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies and regulations.
  12. Conduct thorough and accurate documentation of fraud cases and investigations.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and law enforcement agencies.
  14. Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights and strategies for fraud prevention.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Assistant Manager Fraud Analytics Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Identify Patterns And Trends In Data, And To Develop Effective Fraud Detection Strategies.

  • Knowledge Of Fraud Detection Techniques: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Fraud Detection Techniques Such As Predictive Modeling, Anomaly Detection, And Machine Learning Algorithms.

  • Experience In Financial Services: It Is Important For The Assistant Manager Fraud Analytics To Have Previous Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In Fraud Analytics Or Risk Management.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Tools And Software: Proficiency In Using Fraud Detection Tools And Software Such As Sas, R, Python, Or Other Statistical Software Is Essential For This Role.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Manager, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Present Findings To Senior Management, And Lead A Team Of Analysts.
