  1. Provide technical support for corporate clients using our digital banking solutions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital banking systems, including but not limited to online portals, mobile apps, and API integrations.
  3. Communicate with clients to gather information about reported issues and provide timely updates on their resolution.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as developers and product managers to identify and escalate technical issues that require further investigation.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest digital banking trends and advancements to provide relevant support and recommendations to clients.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting guides.
  7. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact clients.
  8. Provide training and support to internal teams on digital banking systems and processes.
  9. Use ticketing systems to accurately document and track client issues and resolutions.
  10. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.
  11. Contribute to the overall improvement of digital banking systems by providing feedback and suggestions based on client interactions and system performance.
  12. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards when handling client data and information.
  13. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  14. Collaborate with other Application Support team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, seeing them through to completion within agreed upon timelines.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Possess Deep Understanding Of Corporate Digital Banking Systems And Processes, Including Experience With Various Banking Software And Applications.

  • Customer Service Skills: As An Application Support Professional, It Is Important To Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Resolve Any Issues Or Concerns They May Have.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: This Position Requires The Ability To Quickly Assess And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues, As Well As Develop And Implement Effective Solutions.
