  4. Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather necessary information for KYC processes.
  5. Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
  6. Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and potential risks in customer data.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all KYC activities.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to KYC processes.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to KYC processes.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in KYC processes.
  12. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to KYC processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Adhere to all confidentiality and data protection policies.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements: A Successful Analyst-Know Your Customer (Kyc) At Barclays Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Such As Anti-Money Laundering (Aml) And Customer Due Diligence (Cdd) To Ensure Compliance With Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills: As An Analyst, It Is Crucial To Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Strong Analytical Skills To Identify And Assess Potential Risks Associated With Clients And Their Transactions.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services: A Solid Understanding Of Various Financial Products And Services, Including Corporate And Investment Banking, Is Essential For An Analyst-Kyc At Barclays To Effectively Analyze And Assess Client Profiles And Activities.

  • Experience With Kyc Processes And Systems: Previous Experience With Kyc Processes And Systems Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Familiarity With Industry-Leading Kyc Tools And Platforms Such As Lexisnexis Bridger And Fircosoft Is A Plus.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of An Analyst-Kyc Requires Constant Communication With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Internal Teams, And Regulators. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With These Parties.
