AML QC Analyst

At Barclays, we are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and highly motivated Anti Money Laundering (AML) Quality Control Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global financial services firm and make a real impact on the fight against financial crime.The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the efficacy of Barclays' AML policies and procedures, as well as providing feedback on any improvements that could be made. The AML QC Analyst will also have the opportunity to identify and escalate emerging risks and trends, and to participate in any corrective actions or solutions.To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Economics, Risk Management or Law, as well as three to five years' experience in AML compliance. You must also possess knowledge and experience of AML regulations and procedures, particularly in the UK, US and EU. A keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills are also essential.We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated, highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
